Real estate professional (ten years) specializing in residential on the East Coast of Florida. Previously I worked as a CPA (inactive 2017) in finance and accounting . I have worked on Wall Street , in Public Accounting and for several multibillion dollar publicly traded companies in key financial positions over the course of 30 years. This converts to strong analytical, contract writing problem solving ,communication skills and financial and business knowledge. I place buyers and sellers best interest first when assisting them in the purchase or sale of their home which in many cases is their most valuable asset.
